Members of Staff

The staff in SCBU aim to provide family centred care for babies who are born prematurely or who require specialized nursing care. By developing an open and honest relationship with parents and families, we hope that their full involvement will build up confidence in caring for their babies.

We encourage a team approach on the unit working closely with medical staff, the post natal ward, dieticians, physiotherapists, pharmacists and audiologist. We seek to provide a high standard of care throughout the unit, achieved by good working relationships with all members of the multidisciplinary team.
